White Anthurium

Their heart-shaped spathes symbolize affection, making anthuriums an elegant alternative to traditional red roses. The anthurium is known as the "Flamingo Flower" in Hawaiian culture. It is believed to bring good luck and protection from harm.

It does equally well under natural and artificial light. It prefers average household temperatures and average to above-average relative humidity levels (40 percent or more is ideal). Water as the top couple of inches so of the potting mix dries to the touch. Avoid letting it dry out.
