Does Gardeningbazar offers Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At The Gardeningbazar, we've decided against offering a cash on delivery option, aiming to keep our products affordable and accessible to all gardeners. To maintain this principle, we don't plan to introduce it in the future either. This means our customers will continue to have a seamless payment experience without the added costs associated with cash on delivery services from shipping partners, typically ranging between Rs 40-70 or 2-3% per order.
What are Gardeningbazar's cancellation & return policy?
We allow cancellation of a product only if the order status is pending. Once the order moves to another status (e.g., accepted, shipping, etc), it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or replacements for correctly delivered items. Why is my order status Pending?
The Pending status indicates that the order has been successfully placed on Gardeningbazar and is awaiting acceptance by the seller. You can cancel the order while it is in pending status.
What are the order statuses?
Order Status Definitions: Accepted: The seller has accepted your order and will proceed to fulfill it. Shipping: The seller has handed your order to our shipping partner for delivery. Upon shipping of your order, you will receive a tracking URL and tracking number via email. This information can also be accessed by visiting my orders. Failure: The seller encountered an issue fulfilling your order. If this occurs, Gardeningbazar will refund your order amount. Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by you. Cancelling: The cancellation request is being processed, which may take from a few minutes to a few hours. Completed: The order has been successfully delivered and completed

As a beginner, you have several resources available to help you grow your new plants successfully: You can reach out to our expert team on WhatsApp for personalized guidance and assistance with any questions or concerns you may have about your plants. We offer detailed care tips for specific plants, covering aspects like watering, sunlight, soil requirements, and more. This information can help you understand the needs of your plants and ensure they thrive. Our website and social media channels also provide valuable information, including articles, videos, and community forums where you can learn from other gardeners and share your experiences.
How can I manage my orders?
You can manage your orders by logging into your account on Gardeningbazar. In the My Orders section, you can view the status of your orders, track shipments, and cancel orders only if the status is Pending.
I want to change the address for the delivery of my order. Is it possible now?
The ability to change the delivery address depends on the status of your order. Please check the status of your order in My Orders for the following options: Pending/Accepted: You can change the address. Shipping: Only text changes to the address are possible; the pincode cannot be changed. Completed: The address cannot be changed once the item has been delivered. To change the address, contact us via WhatsApp or email us at support@gardeningbazar.com.
I don't have a website; can I still sell on Gardeningbazar?
Absolutely! You can sell on Gardeningbazar without having a website. Once registered, you will gain access to the Gardeningbazar Seller Dashboard, where you can list your products and start selling. Please note that Gardeningbazar charges a small fee when your product is sold.
What is the minimum listing quantity to sell on Gardeningbazar?
To start selling on Gardeningbazar, you only need to list a minimum of 1 product. However, it is recommended to have a broader selection of products to take advantage of the platform's wide customer reach and the trust of millions of users.
What should I do if I forgot my account password?
If you forgot your account password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password using your registered email address. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for further assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods, including UPI (Unified Payments Interface), credit and debit cards, net banking and digital wallets. For the latest information or specific queries, please refer to our support team.
Where can I manage my saved addresses?
You can manage your saved addresses by logging into your account on Gardeningbazar. Navigate to the Profile section, and look for Manage Address. Here, you can add, edit, or delete your saved addresses.
How can I update my account information?
To update your account information, log in to your account on Gardeningbazar and navigate to the Profile > General Settings.
