At The Gardeningbazar, we've decided against offering a cash on delivery option, aiming to keep our products affordable and accessible to all gardeners. To maintain this principle, we don't plan to introduce it in the future either. This means our customers will continue to have a seamless payment experience without the added costs associated with cash on delivery services from shipping partners, typically ranging between Rs 40-70 or 2-3% per order.

We allow cancellation of a product only if the order status is pending. Once the order moves to another status (e.g., accepted, shipping, etc), it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or replacements for correctly delivered items.
